Nice to see we have a couple Nintedo fanboys, who aren't total asses towards fans of Microsoft.*points at sikawtic and protogod36* I have always liked Nintendo, except for the DS... but anyway, I bought the Gamecube(first Nex-gen system I bought), and I will buy the Revolution, then the Xbox 360. The Sony fanboys here have convinced me enough that I don't wanna give my $300+ dollars to Sony. So, I geuss this is a thread to discuss all things Nintendo or somethin'...

Nintendo rocks. The other guys are cool too, but Nintendo is better (IMO). They always have great games (I have more Gamecube games than Xbox/Ps2 combined), a sturdy high quality system (drop the PSP, it breaks. The DS, in comparison, doesn't.), all in a cheap package that can ussually be bought for half the price of the other consoles.

Oh, and in an endurance test(courtesy of X-Play), the Gamecube wins, so it seems Nintendo knows how to build a durable system.

Heh, I'd like to see them test DS and PSP in durability. I wonder who'd win...:D

That's nice, even though I don't know anyone who uses a Gamecube for golf practice.
Anyway, bah, the only games that ever appealed to me for the Gamecube were Rogue Suadron, Metroid Prime, and Resident Evil. The N64 had only a few games that I liked (Mario Kart, Perfect Dark, James Bond, SSB).
The only Nintendo system that appealed to me was their Gameboy line, I got the big, fat, battery-hogging grey Gameboy when I was 4-5, best thing ever (until it broke after a particularly nasty drop). The Gameboy Pocket (which broke after only a couple of years and a couple drops), and the Gameboy Color (which, thank goodness, survived it's one drop). I used to have 20+ games for the Gameboy, lost a bunch of them including one of my favorites, Solar Striker :(
DS and PSP have nothing on the greatness of the Gameboy.

I agree Suavastika. Nintendo has the best handheld gaming systems, so what is the PSP has good graphics? You have to treat them like egss if you want it to last.
True Story: We were moving, and I was packing my GameCube. Apparently, my Backpack zipper opened up from all the pressure of the stuff inside, and it fell down the stairs. 15 Stairs, and it still worked perfectly. I've also dropped my GBA, and the only thing that annoyed me was the back came off and the batteries popped out, so I lost my plac.e :(
