While 'cruising' a lil' thread at the IR area I've came across to fellas that I know for sure that belong to the inborn staff so far. I did realize that they had different looks, though.

Dunchy (http://www.warboards.org/member.php?u=16) - Has a regular name (no extra bolding or colour in it's nick) and has a neat Org.staff symbol below.

Hammock' (http://www.warboards.org/member.php?u=542) - Well nothing much different in here. The regular mod zen appearance with the bolding of it's name and teal colouring in it.

So can any of the staff, or any others, please explain to me the difference between'em? :o I'm just curious to know if there's any. Tks.

Dunchy, Mystikal, Gibb, Axolotl, MrPlow and Plowking are the admins/staff from Starcraft.org and Warcraft.org. As such, they only get that sexy .png but no mod powers.
Warboards.org staff are the ones who get teal bold names and of course, ban cannons :D

Also, note that Schwitzer is both an ORG Staff member and a Senior Mod here.

So wait, Org staff get no power here? I thought Dunchy and such had powers? Wow, I was misled there XD

Dunchy is a special case. He has mod-powers, but since his computer is broken at the moment and he isn't a regular at WB for the time being, the mod-powers have been removed.

Oh... I mainly asked 'cause of the below answer but (oh well) you're right I should peek at the FAQ more often to check upon changes, such as the former orange colour to distinguish SC.org staff, I believe.
I've made this thread also after checking this (http://www.warboards.org/showgroups.php?) on the main WB's page and since I didn't found out any thankfull thread(s) in the ML section for stepping down as mod' as usual, got ticked off enough to ask. :)

Btw, in FF I have a 'problem' that doesn't allow me to see any of the announcements made. Any ideas how to correct it?

Ah, my question is answered. I had this doubt 'cause for instance 'Rhino has both ID tags (symbol plus nickname text formating) on it's profile as similar as Dunch' had. (Just not to mention good, ol' Schwitz'... :smirk: )
Tks for the intel, anyway. ;)

Yeah... the FAQ's only been updated recently, but it's got a lot of good information that everyone should have at least read through. :)

Axolotl, MrPlow and Plowking.
Um question - Why have I never seen, heard or noticed these nicknames in any single post at WBs, sc.org or WC.org?
I mean are there guys even alive seeing wc.org is currently kind of down ( it will be up soon as Edgewize has told and the word spreads around ).
Btw You could do more updating to the FAQ like WBs/Sc.org/WC.org/Flagship.org/D2Player.org History.

They don't frequent WarBoards much, from what I can tell.

the plows, and Ax, arent active at warboards at all, they just arent.

I would assume they are active with wc or sc.org, but who knows =P

They're WarCraft.org administrators. They posted at WarBoards a bit in the beginning, but just weren't interested. They were active at WC.org until it kinda went arse-up, though.

Site history. That wouldn't be a bad idea, I'll stick that in the back of my mind. But a Ghost article comes first.
