Here's one from Futurama that's pretty good.. one of the early ones with Capt. Brannigan...
"But Captain, that'd be suicide"
"When I'm in command, every mission is a suicide mission!"
Simpsons, Family Guy, bugs bunny...what's yours?

Simpsons, where they went to Bronsonville (everyone looked like Charles Bronson ^_^ - that alone was worth a laugh). It's important to know that everyone in this city looks like Charles Bronson, and talks like him. Hahaha.
Son - "Hey, Ma. How about some cookies?"
Mom - "No dice"
Son - "This ain't over."

Ahh, that reminds me. Stuey is in a gay dance club:
Stuey - "I know the guy that owns this place!"
Dancer beside him - "What?"
Stuey - "I said I know . . . I'll tell you later. I love this song"
Stuey proceeds to go into a mad dancing spree :D.
and finally:
Stuey trying to comfort Peter - "Hey there big guy... would you like a sooooooooooooooooda?"

No the best cartoon quotes ever came out of the least expected show: The Fairly Oddparents. On episode, timmy get shrunk down to toy size and runs around with an action figure who says random action phrases.
"Without gravity, we would float: INTO SPACE!"
"Of all my muscles, my brain, is ONE OF THEM!"
and then when one of his fairy grandparents gets stolen, and the other one , cosmo, is talking.
"I'm lost without wanda! Go ahead! Ask me what the weather is like!"
"Uhhh, how's the weather?"
"PHILIP! See? Thats not even a real answer!"

I'm going with the status-quo and saying Stewie. I have a .wav file set to play every time I empty my Recycle Bin that says, "Flappy, good news! I've decided not to kill you!" :D

Futurama:
Farnsworth: "This is a chance for Fry to test out my experimental anti-pressure pill."
Fry: "I can't swallow that!"
Farnsworth: "Well then, good news! It's a suppository."

Yes Stewie is great. No I can't watch either. Because it's either cable TV or Cable internet, and since I'm here...
