I require a modding program.

I seen this in many old mods, mostly in for the ones of patch 1.07. Where the options (Single Player text, Multiplayer text, Camapin Editor text and Exit text) are in diffreant locations. What is the the program and where can I find one?

Sorry it looks disorented ,(dont know what that word means but ill use it anyway,) but thats only clearest screen shot I have, the others is just a black picture or more disorented. Heres a screen shot of what im talking about, notice the "Map Editor" text and the other text are in diffreant places.

oh ok i understand all now. the program that u ar searching, can change the position of the starcraft main menu buttons..
i got it in my utilities CD
i think that the program is in this page:

well, you may ask StealthyDeath, BSTRhino, etc...
I loose all my knowledge in modding cuz' i havent modded somethig in like about 4 years
