Everyone knows Cruella DeVil. She's the meanest, scariest, most cruel person in all of London. Cruella is capable of lying, stealing, plotting ... well, you get the picture.

With one half of her hair white and the other half black, Cruella thinks she would look stunning in a brand-new coat -- a coat made of baby dalmatians! (We told you: She's mean.)

With her cold, wicked smile, her pursuit of the ultimate in fashion, and her really bad driving habits, we can think of only one nice thing to say about Cruella. She looks great with mud on her face!
