How do i convert a .dat file into a .mpq?

You create a folder, the name you give the folder will be the name of the *.mpq you're gonna make.
Inside that folder, create another folder named 'arr' (make sure it's small letters!).
Inside the arr folder, put your *.mpq file.
Than, go back to the page with the original folder (whatever you named it) and drag it on top of a program named:
MPQ Compactor.jse

If you don't have it... search for it in google.
