After you rate a quote, it goes to a blank screen (for me, anyways). AJ is working on it (at least, I hope so).

depends.
The quotes are randomly being checked by the admins, so it might take a hour, a day, a week, or never if your quote was bad.

As soon as a moderator goes through and approves them... but don't expect us to approve all quotes that are submitted.
