Do you guys remember the old mod, I am not sure what it is called but if gave all three races water units. Do any of you remember what it was called and what they used to do (ARZ AR3??)

It's called Aqueous Rift aka Water Starcraft. It was canceled a long time ago and I don't believe if any working version ever came out.
