Custom Voices

I have the full version of Sound Forge 7.0
Can anyone tell me how to make voices for terran, zerg, and protoss with either some other program i dont know of yet or soundforge?

im going to be doing this tomarrow funny, lol, but you record it, then you either A) Download the Sound files from blizzard's starcraft website, or B) you find out the names of the sounds you want to replace by using WinMPQ and going into Stardat.mpq and then you rename your sounds with exactly the same name as those found in stardat or in the folder of sound program, and then presto! you have custom sound. hope this helps, if not, let me know. :D

oh yea, you have to copy your files on top of the old files, (or you move them and put your new files where they were), my bad lol.
