Nice little thing you've got here...importance of the number 456852...well, here's a list of random things that I could think of:
1) Number of times his computer has crashed on him.
2) Number of times he has...eaten a certain food? (Ok, that seems stupid...)
3) Inverse of 258654, which could mean something. But if so, what?
4) The mean of the digits is...*calculates* is 5
5) The first and third numbers added = 10, the second and fifth = 10 and the fourth and last = 10
4+6=5+5=8+2=10

Well, that's what i can think of for now...those mathmatical two seem most likely, though #1 was the funniest, imo. :D
