The day is night and the night is day.

Who's Arnold? That's Ahnuld. ;)

AJ

His doctor said he can no longer do weight-training and he's already admitted he used steroids when in his prime -- you can't expect too much better for the guy.

Though honestly, I like him and some of his political approaches.

The flabinator strikes back!

Richard Gere looks like that too. Also AJ's right, you can only work out for so long, if you lift weights your entire life you always have to change up the way you work out, if you do the same things over and over you will destroy your body, so you have to do alternative methods of lifting, alternative muscle groups etc, and soon you run out of options.

Yeah, it's called age. Don't worry, I'm sure we will all look like it, or maybe worse.

Nay, like Orochimaru, I plan to use dark ninja techniques to steal the physical health of the young, transferring my mind into their bodies. This way I can live forever, muahaha.

Man, that's bad. Arnol....err sorry, Ahnuld sure isn't what he used to be.

Though at any rate I would certainly not hold that against him. After all, I still kind of like the guy. Also, most of us are probably going to look way worse than that when we finally reach almost 60 :smirk: .

Meh, he's still starred in a lot of movies that I've quite enjoyed.

I'm up to episode 126 of Naruto, myself. :)

Well, things come to an end. There will be another superhunk moviestar to replace him sometime soon.

Markpyro
03-29-2005, 7:39 PM
I dont think anyone considered Ahnuld A superhunk... Meh.

You can keep lifting weights with the same muscles, but you arent supposed to lift every day with that group. If you lift with one group every other day, it decreases in the tissue damage majorly.

Very true. And after 20+ years of lifting, even if you did a group every other day, it catches up with you and you have to do something else.

Btw speaking of superhunks if Jude Law gets the James Bond part I'm gonna be so pissed. He's not a good cast for the part.

Markpyro

Yea. Jude law is too much of a pretty boy, not like Sean Connery.

Great series eh? Can't wait for the next episode (the special hour long fight between Gaara and Kimimaro). I'm hoping Dattebayo has it translated tomorrow, but it's doubtful :P.

Speaking of that, I think the odds were leaning to Colin Powell getting the new James Bond part. See here: http://cinemocracy.blogs.com/cinemocracy/2004/12/colin_powell_ca.html for more info on that ^_~.

LOL...Ohhh you will if you pump iron for 30 years...That's the price for being ripped the first 30-40 years of your life. And eventually time will catch you, so don't worry. The best thing you can do is age with dignity and accept that your body changes drastrically throughout your lifetime.

Meh, he may look saggy, but I think his political career has never been better.
He's done things in California that I wouldn't have thought possible with the prior administration.

Hi, Nuts. How's the weather in Florida been like?

BTW, I can only hope that I will age gracefully when I get older.

What I wouldn't do to get to Australia... someday maybe. Maybe I'll visit you for your 25th. But you would have to agree to be my tour guide, I don't speak Australian. :P

Singo, that post made me fucking roll on the floor. And "Flabinator"? That was pretty mean you guys, but funny yes.

Basan, your's was just kinda crude. He is'nt a round buttterball, 30 year old who wastes all his day in front of his computer. He's a 60 year old who can't work out the same way he used to. lol geez man.

Seriously, just wow. He's always been one of my favorite action heros, and probably always will.

Or you could not accept that, and just be ripped and when time catches up with you, dissapear from the public eye and work on your new found hobby - toothpick houses.

It's like the Pope. People get old and then can't do things. What then? That's why I'm going into Cryogenics. :)

Spartan-II
03-30-2005, 8:46 PM
Well, if you are, please do it soon.

And anyway, as many have said, it's all those years of weight lifting. I would be satisfied being normal all the way through life, and not being uber ripped for the first 30-40. And besides the point, this probably won't have any effect on his political career.

Cryogenics doesn't actually reverse the aging process, though; it merely pauses it. And, in doing so, pauses your entire existance. Whee...

DragonPaladin

I'm 13... Well, I just hope to stall time under someone, somewhere, figures out a way for people to:
A) Live Longer
B)Make people not look/feel/be old
C) Until the Apocalyse happens. Then I'm out of here.
