I think it's got something to do with WarCraft.org reserving your account. Someone had actually already taken Neo by the looks of it.

It's probably just the same password as on your WarCraft.org account if you were the one who signed up there. So try logging in with that.

Our registration systems are tied together. So if an account is registered at either site it is reserved at the other.

Edit: uh AJ, if that was the case then I wouldn't need an underscore for my username since I have a Demon Child account at Starcraft.org. But I would certainly like to have this underscore removed as soon as you can , plz. :)
