JAD = Just Another Day...

For you guys who didn't frequent Blizzforums for the amount of time this series by yours truly was quite popular. It all started in March 2002 (or at least I think. My earliest drawings on paper are dated so.) with a comic starring Demon Child as a crude stick figure. More than 150 comics were produced, many of which can be found at the website located in my sig. There were many, many more that weren't in full color that were lost due to a computer change. Demon Child is rumored to have saved them all, but that is yet to be revealed. Besides all that, I do hope you enjoy this most recent incarnation of this series. ^^

Camera's flashed as the contestents stepped into the ring. The brightness blinded Whiteknight temporily, but he soon regained his senses. The knight stared across the room at his enemy...

Geno's eyes narrowed as he noticed his enemy staring at him, examing him. Geno returned the gaze and examined his contender, noting any little thing he could. Lights shone off the armour the knight wore. A dull helmet covered Whiteknight's face; a small slit was all that he was able to see out of. Geno's gaze slid downwards towards Whiteknight's torso. His brestplate glistened as the light from overhead reflected off the metal. Down further, the contestant had armour covering his legs, as well as his feet. The arms were encased in armour, as was his hands. A sheild was held in the knight's left hand. A crest of a silver knight locked in deep battle with a black knight adorned the middle. The rest was divided into four sections of alternating red and white. A large, silver plated sword rounded off the equipment.

Whiteknight examined Geno. A blue cloth covered the main body of the contender. A hat rested on top of the head, while a star-tipped wand was held in the right hand. Another shirt was worn under the blue cloth.

Whiteknight noticed Geno fiddling with the wand, restless for the fight to begin. Small sparks crackled from the tip, and the overshirt waved slightly.

The knight grabbed his sword, and unsheathed it. Geno readied his wand in front of him and steadied his stance.

A bell rang out, with three booming rings.

Whiteknight rushed forward, a loud cry eminating from his mouth. He raised his sword above his head and sliced downward. Geno smiled slightly as he hopped to the side and tapped the knight slightly on the head with his wand.

"Nice try, but it's not going to be that easy." Geno pointed his wand at Whiteknight, and sparks began to fly from the tip. Blinding light expanded from the star, and a multicoloured beam was let loose. Whiteknight dived to the ground as the beam shot past overhead. He felt the heat of the beam on his back, barely missing his armour.

Whiteknight raised his body and looked around, blinking his eyes to remove the spots. A roar echoed throughout the air and the knight raised his arm. Clanks resounded as Geno unrelentingly swung his wand at the knight, looking to land an injuring blow. Sparks began to spring from the wand, landing on Whiteknight's arm. Smoke rose up from the sparks, and holes began to appear in the armour.

Geno laughed as the knight struggled to rise up, failing under the torrent of sparks and the volley of blows let forth by the mage. Suddenly, Geno was flying through the air, he feet above him. The knight was already up and was gripping his sword. A thud was heard as the mage hid the floor, the breath knocked out. Geno struggled for air as he felt a sharp point press against his throat. A heaving Whiteknight stood with his sword pressed against Geno's throat, staring intently at the mage, who now was at his mercy...

Erm... I have no clue why I did that, wasn't too good, just sort of something spur of the moment. Meh, I'll finish it later.

I'm still working on something rather long right now that I've been writing with Link for a good time now. Let's just say it puts concentration camps in a new light... :P
