Should I get rid of the redundant links on the header image? Do any of you use them frequently and would cry if I removed them? ;)

Well, I sure wouldnt care, there both right on top of each other, if one is removed, and you get lost, you must be really dumb.

Don't listen to the pineapple, that just looks like a cigar he's smoking but it's really something else! ;)

Death to the header links!!! Blood, Destruction, War, and Horror!!!

If you get rid of those in the actual header, sure. But you might want to just do that when you're logged in, because when you're logged out you don't get the sexy second bar (the one with the drop down menu's and such).

Hmm... good point. Maybe incorporate some of that stuff into the sexysecond bar that you get when you're not logged in?

Also, just a little question, the ads are supposed to be before the postbit when not logged in?

If by that you mean above the whole forum area, then most likely yes, because then they're more visible to the guests. Which could be considered a 'bad' thing, so when you are a member you get them below you as sort of a 'reward' for joining?

they're supposed to show at the top for unregistered users, yes.
one of the perks of being registered is they're more out of the way. however that doesn't mean you should join just to move their position, because that violates google rules.

The "Register" link is currently nowhere else on the page besides the header. And it's a good idea to keep that
