Which charcter is related?

well this has been bothering me for the past few days, and I think this thread goes here, but mabye I am wrong.

Any way on to the point, Which charcter is most related to the PS or PS2

for example when someone says nintendo, the first charcters that come to mind most likely be either LINK or MARIO
for xbox I would say MASTER CHEIF

but for the PS2 I can't think of a charcter that really represents it.

so what do all of you think, and if you would like to add charcters to the other systems then feel free to do that as well.

Wtf? Who is master cheif? When I think Xbox, I think halo. When I think PS2, I think Dante from DMC. Kinda ironic I don't own a PS2 or Xbox.

Master Cheif is the guy you use in Halo well at least as far as I know because I don't own an xbox.:smirk:

Master Chief is the main character from Halo, though they introduce a new one in Halo 2. For the PS2 representative, I would say Dante or Solid Snake.

When ever I think of PS2 I think of either Crash Bandicoot or that guy from Tekken I think his name was Hetachy or something like that.

Crash Bandicoot, I think he is the official mascot. But Snake or Lara Croft could also be possible candidates.

Master Chief is the main character from Halo, though they introduce a new one in Halo 2. No, actually they use the same main character, they don't introduce a new "master chief" ;). Remember, he doesn't die and also that's why the black guy remembers him ;).

Also, for PS2 I'd have to say that Solid Snake comes to mind, but remember that Nintendo had a hold of him at one time and XBOX may have him in the future if they make another one, although supposibly the 3rd on is the last one. If they make a port like Substance and actually take the time to tweak it and use XBOX's resources correctly, unlike Substance did, then they could have a killer game that looks better and plays better.

So, I'd have to say that the second guy that comes to mind for PS2 would have to be... Dante from Devil may Cry. I've never actually played this game before, but I'm actually thinking about buying a PSTwo to replace my PSOne :). He's also appeared in another game in the form of a "cell-shaded" character :) (Viewtiful Joe PS2 Version).

Gamecube, or Nintendo, I'd have to say that Mario would have to be the guy since he was really their first GOOD game (Donkey Kong), but then again Atari had it too... so yah...

Of all the suggestions, I can't really agree with snake as being a mascot because hehas appeard on other platforms, where as people like jack, ratchet, dante, and well i am not sure about crash with his somewhat recent appearence in crash purple.
