Is it possible to put some sort of chatting program on Warbaords where members could talk to eachother in realtime?

I think he means a shoutbox kind of thing. I'm thinking no, as it'd be hard to regulate spam.

Empty is such a harsh word. How about we say 'overpopulated-ly challenged" ^_^.

If you stick around the channel for a while people eventually show up :). However, as with any IRC channel, there are a few slow times (ie. early morning, day time during the week).

A java IRC client would allow members to connect through the website. Just an idea.

A lot of those applets take forever to load though...

Hence getting Chatzilla. Which is an extension. and it isnt ActiveX or Java-Memory-hogging program.

Perhaps we could use one of those applets to connect to IRC in a web page and make a seperate page within warboards becase some people dont go on IRC simply because of the hassle of installing mIRC

Neo

You dont need mIRC all you need is Firefox and Chatzilla.

Applets and such for IRC seem really stupid, if your to lazy to get a real IRC client then just dont join us in the whackiness :P
