To make a long story short, PChicky, the Org members of BF had gotten tired of the BS from the Legacy Administration and decided to leave the forum. When we all left, we founded WarBoards and decided to make it an even better site than BF ever was. :)

Sure, the layout's a bit white, and the names are strange, but nonetheless, ehre I am.

No idea what your policy on newbie threads is, though, so I am gonna put this here :)

Oh, and what are policies on Avatars and Attachments here? Can't help but notice I can't seem to do either, though it rather appears that no one has avvies. . .

I see many people I knew here (Doom, BST and ZeroDarkStar) and several I've heard legends of (StealthyDeath and P3ngu!n). Since this site seems better suited to my pastime of making SCMs, I think I'll stay here a while. Not to mention that BF is collapsing into itself. So, hey there everyone I know (and even those I don't). In case your wondering, the reason I chose Mechsaurian rather than Tiga. was because first, they wouldn't let me put a period at the end (and it just ain't the same without that little punctuation) and second, when I considered doing just plain Tiga with no punctuation, some lucky bastard beat me to it! So, there's my sad, bandwidth wasting tale. To make a long story short, I'm here... And I'm staying.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot to elaborate on the "BF is collapsing". Basically, BlissSCUMS (and even BF on a whole, you could say) lost a whole bunch of important members (AJ, a prime example) who got banned. Without these important members, everyone seems to have somewhat lost interest in BF. BST got banned a while before this, which pretty much annhilated BlizzSCUMS, but the trouble REALLY started when Doom Dragoon was banned (boy, did THAT ever suck.) Now, Drakain Zeil acquired leadership of BS pretty much by default.

I'm not saying that BF is completely destroyed, in fact, the general discussion and special interest sections will live on. But the WC, SC, and Diablo sections have respectively endured heavy problems due to the loss of its most important members, and then, the loss of its regulars who liked those important members.

And that, my friend, is the sad tale of BlizzForums. I guarantee that everyone from those forums will end up here sooner or later. And when I said AJ as an example, he was only one of like twenty, and about half of them were moderators or higher. So there you have it.

Oh, and BST - I haven't really tried to get into WC.org too much. THe first time I came there it was horribly screwed up (nothing worked right) and so I didn't come back. Unfortunately, the only WC.org nickname I have is Zul'jinnanator or something like that. I made it a long, long time ago (in a galaxy far, far away) and haven't used it since. I can't recall ever trying to start an account as Tiga.

But I was more of a lurker than anything else. I really started posting seriously during BF1. Then I took a year long break and came back Christmas 2002-2003? Or was it 2001-2002? I don't remember. All I know is that I took a long break :).

I have been around since before BF1, too. Hence, my ties with the Org network. ;) However, I took a 5 month hiatus back in late June 2001 prior to the actual consolidation process of both communities and made my return in December of 2001.
