What Ever happened to the Quotes Section?

I havent been here in a few months and, it just dissappered? What happened to it?

Several months ago, there was a temporary skin installed due to some problems with the silver theme. People complained, nagged, and begged AJ to get the old skin back.

The oldskin (the current theme) was returned to its old, original state and has some of the features missing... the quotes system being one of them. Other layout changes are missing as well.

Why what the heck does /me do?

The /me is a script which formats your text in a certain way. It's used to act as if you are performing an action. It works when you have /me at the beginning of a new paragraph.

Example:

* Black.Ice runs around like an insane baboon and closes this thread because the original topic is over.
