Otherwise, try to clean your cache and then try to view the movie again. If that doesn't help you might not have the right plugins for your browser or the right QuickTime version. If you are sure you already have QuickTime installed, try to update it. If you don't have QuickTime yet or if your QuickTime version is somehow broken (e.g. wrong plugins), download and install the full and latest QuickTime version (6.5.2). All of its necessary browser plugins are delivered with this installer.

By the way; which browser do you use?
