I Can't Log In!

Not being able to log in with my old user name at starcraft.org, I attempted to re-register. After trying say, a dozen times, I realized that all hope was lost. I was taken to an error page every time. I then remembered the news post on the site that said people could use their warboards.org accounts at starcraft.org. I decided to give it a try, registering here at warboards.org. However, my attempt to log in at starcraft.org with my new warboards.org user name also failed. After trying to log in, I would be taken to the starcraft.org page from which I tried to do so, with no visible change whatsoever. The line telling me I had to log in to post a comment remained at the bottom of that page; I obviously could not log in. Great improvements to the site interface, but I'd gladly trade all that in for a working site.

Mine works. Perhaps you must wait for a while 'till both login databases share intel with each other (WB's with SC.org)... then you can prob'ly log on. :concern:

Perhaps it's only a problem with users registrating after the change came into effect. Still, that doesn't explain why I couldn't log in on starcraft.org with my old user name or re-register later. Thanks anyway, though.

actually it's not new users, I have the same problem I can't log into starcraft.org. it shows no change what so ever.

Yes, I'm aware of this, there are a whole lot of people who can't register either. I can't register under a dummy account sometimes either. It's being looked into. And yes, I agree, New Zealand does rock lol...

BST Rhino: I tried creating several different users, and actually succeeded in registering with a couple. It seems to by hit and miss, though. Good luck with solving the problem. BTW, indeed, NZRox. I just came back from NZ a few days ago. We went around the Coromandel, the East Cape, down through Napier (great art deco), across by Rotorua, over by Mt Taranaki, and, last but not least, up to Northland. Too bad it rained so much for the first month. The beaches up north were great once the weather cleared up, though.
