If you injured yourself, my best advise is not to strain it too hard. But if it started hurting for no apparent reason, I'd honestly recommend seeing a doctor. I've been down that road...:concern:

Don't worry about it, I'm sure it is just growing pains. I had them last year for most of the summer and sometimes they get so bad that you can barely walk at all, as you said.
