Problems with modding programs

Alright, my problems are with Tblpad, MPQ compactor, and Win MPQ. When I drop a folder onto the MPQ compactor, I get a script error, and I downloaded the scripts from microsoft's website. When I try to run the other two, it says im missing a DLL file, VB40032. Where can I get that?

I don't think you sre supposed to drag stuff onto it, just open it up and use it from there.

I believe you have to get the Virtual Basic runtime files.
