Images?

I must be the only one with this problem.... I cannot inseart images into my signatures or in posts for that matter. I select the inseart image icon and it prompts me for text to be formatted...

Do i need a higher rank or somethin? I am not really a forum person, warboards is the only one i've kinda gotten interested in.

A little help or an explination would be great!

You could host your images at http://www.yoxio.com (just sign up and upload gifs and jpgs) and then you can insert the images in your signature/post here. That should fix your dilemma with the imaging system here.:)

I would gladly host images but my server is acting retarded lately. I got 1500MB of space 70GB of banwidth.

As soon as Edge get's the "go ahead" from the host of WB, (I'm hoping for this weekend) then attachments should be in full working order (pics, zips, txt, replays, maps ect.) shortly thereafter. :)

Are we going to follow BF policy and not allow users to just attach a sig and then [img] tag it? I think we (at BF) implemented that so as not to use so much bandwidth? Because I think that's what he just meant ("Will we be able to upload images to Warboards any time soon, if at all?" as in "can we upload sigs and then [img] tag 'em?"). Then again it's up to you guys, just thought I'd bring that up :).

What you should bear in mind is that most of the WarBoards staff were involved in making the policies over at BlizzForums when we were still there. Hence, you should expect pretty similar policies here.

Which means no hosting of anything here. If you do, it will (I believe) Slow down WB's speed, and not allow us the room we need to keep this board ^.^
