Lets say im editing the terran becon in my custom, after I edited it Retro (bmp to grp converter) and during the game the terran becon is 3, Small ,Grey Colored, Mess instead of the picture I edited, I think there something wrong on how I edited the .grp pictures.

I think BST mentioned something about writing a Retro tutorial soon, cuz this stuff is confusing.

Theres a certain resolution that the bmps need to be before you convert them

If it helps it was 48x40 with 256 Colores, and the Becon is Colorfull really colorfull and shiney too

No thanks to your useless advices.
For some reason I edited each freaken one, last time I just edited 1 picture and do "Save As" and replacing them all of them. For some reason editing all of them works. ???

It's not enough to just use 256 colours, you need to use the right palette as well. Make sure you're using the same colour palette that you got when you extracted the images of the Terran Beacon. If you're not, re-extracted the Terran Beacon, extract the palette out of one of the outputed BMP files, and then convert your edited image to that palette you just extracted.
