If you know, Mircosoft Word has a Visual basic program in it. I have a about Visual Basic book and I creat a program in the Microsoft Word: Visual Basic thing. I was just wonder how I can make the ".frm" file into an ".exe" file so I dont have to keep on Opening Word to use it.

You need a Visual Basic compiler for that. I don't think that you can do it through Word.
You would need a VB6 compiler ($$$). The VB.NET compiler (free) wouldn't work.

I don't know if any of the Visual Basics needed to operate with SC modding tools will do the trick.
Those (Visual Basics) are for free and all you need to check is in this thread (http://www.warboards.org/showthread.php?t=4755) for links into those (tools).
Good luck with it and hope it works, though. :)
