How do I Use Downloaded Fonts?

Basically what the title says, I am trying to use 3 new fonts for photoshop that are from Star Wars, Starcraft and Startrek. How do Install/use them? Is there some program that is needed? Or do I just put them in a special folder?

Put them in C:\WINDOWS\Fonts. (or whatever letter your local drive is, chances are its C.)
