Hi guys, I wasn't sure how to make a top vs bottom map and be sure that certain people are on top and certain people are on bottom that join the game. The map I made is shared and i just want the two people in the Home team on top and the two people on the Away team on Bottom. Thank you for the help

Ok you put their starting locations. And then when you define which team will be up and which down tehre is a button that sais "random start location" - do not push it and everything will stay as you made it.By the way welcome to WB :)

Depends if he is playing UMS or not (I presume so given the sub forum) but if you are playing using the 'Top vs Bottom' game type then the random start locations thing has no use. SC will automatically assign teams (occasionally you will get top vs bottom).

He can define teams if the map is only Top vs Bottom like Team A - player 1,player2 Team B - player 3, player 4.Plus you don't push the random start location but you should push allied victory & the other one, that should fix it, if he's not making a UMS that is...

I totally forgot that I posted this here, thanks for the replies, I'll try them out. Although, I do remember having in the Map Settings area where player 1, player 2 were on Force 1 and player 2 and player 3 were on force 2 and I have the rest of the players on force 3. All of them were on User Select. It still randomized start locations, but it does work on UMS, but I dont want that. I just want to play a game "Top vs Bottom" and make sure me and my friend start in the same base (because its shared).
