3-Headed Frog Found
Frog Also Has 6 Legs
POSTED: 1:20 pm EST March 5, 2004
UPDATED: 5:32 pm EST March 5, 2004
Wildlife experts in Britain are stunned by the apparent discovery of a frog with three croaking heads and six legs, Local 6 News will report Friday night.
The frog was reportedly found at a children's day nursery in the English village of Weston Super-Mare in Somerset, according to the report.
The staff at the Green Umbrella nursery first thought it was three frogs huddled together but after closer inspection they realized the frogs were joined together.
A wildlife biologist said a reason for the three-headed frog’s development could have been damage to the embryo, according to a report.

Mildly to moderately surprising.
Yet another random news article. How delightful :D Still pretty amusing nonetheless.

I once shot a frog with a 14 gaudge pump. I'm pretty sure that I had a slug in it, but I'm not sure. All I can really tell you was that the frog was there one second and a big pile of goo the next.

Ewwww, I would never even think about killing a frog. . . . I can poke and throw rocks at jellyfish, but that's about the extent of my cruelty to other creatures :P.

Man, don't you every come to South Ohio. If there's a day I drive and don't hit a squirrel at least....... then I must be stuck on the computer typing lame assed posts. I donno where I was going with that one, o.O
But really, we get lots of roadkill over here. I really don't like possums either, the ugly basturds. If I see a family of possums cross the road, I'll speed up and put it in reverse if I missed any. One of those things almost took my thumb off. >:(|

Hey! I didn't think about that! Think about this for a second . . . how much MORE money would you make, if you were able to breed frogs with six legs, instead of 2?! We, at Warboards, could become frog breeding tycoons!

Oh yea. The deer suck big time, but are good for my dad's business. He owns a repair (and restoration) shop for cars. Deer season, winter, and big storm season are our busiest times.

You're right though. Not many many deer have crashed into cars 'round here (although, we've had 4 or 5). The big problem with Ohio is the cars crashing into the deer.

You try stopping your vehicle with a deer less than 15 ft. away from you.
Battlecruiser
03-07-2004, 9:00 PM
well it should even get that close. I am sure you can see quite distance away. I mean deer are bigger than sign posts. Also I would consider 15 feet away that the deer smashed into you not the other way around.

Not if they're jumping/dashing onto the road, which is one of the major causes.
Duddits

True... but when they jump in front of you're at at nightime out of a wooded area, you tell me if you'd seen it a mile away... (this is a quite frequent scenario).
