Is there such a way to view The Editors programming? Like Broodat is stored with files, Is The campaine editor like that to, or is there a certain program to do this?

It depends what you mean. The actual editor's programming can be seen if you disassemble it and read the code in the assembler programming language. However, the assembler programming language is a topic in itself, no one on these forums will be able to teach you how to understand and make use of it as the topic is just too large.
If you're talking about things like BrooDat.MPQ and StarDat.MPQ, then yes, StarEdit.EXE reads data from the MPQ files just like StarCraft.EXE does. You can edit the data StarEdit.EXE reads from the MPQ files so that it acts differently using the same modding programs. However, many people thought of this long before to create things like StarCraft X-tra Editor. So if you decided to mod StarEdit, you would just be reinventing the wheel, or doing things that have already been done before. It would be a good learning experience though if that is what you're after.

You could always make your own from scratch, a long and overwhelming task, but if you could make something better than what's already out (SCM Draft2, StarForge), you'd have me to definately supporty your editor.
