Correction... only one question.:rolleyes:

Im using StarEdit to make a new d2 map. It's going alright so far, though its going to be Huge.
Since it's only my first map I ran into a problem changing the controll of certain buildings.
I have 8 players and the last play is a yellow zerg Neutral player. I was wanting to add certain terran and protoss buildings to this players Controll becuase I will use it with triggers as a upgrade stats/skills area. everytime put a terran or toss building down and go to it's properties, and change to owner, the command doesnt stay. And it goes back to being player sevens or 6's buildings.:mad2:

Now im going to set a trigger which gives the current player control of all buildings at the map location anyways( so they can upgrade their units damage/ Technologies(skills). But i was still wondering how to change the controll of buildings and units so a player can have mulitple races under his controll without mcing and building.

P.S. I have asked around and others tell me i need to enable the units or buildings under the scenarios button. I have done this but it still doesnt allow the unit to stay under the controll of player8. I have also tried making the map with StarForge but it corrupted the MPQ file and i couldnt open the game in starcraft or StarEdit.

Please help...

Welcome to Warboards :D! Anyway, DL starcraft x-tra editor and then you can change it. and you get a load of triggers and stuff, so get it from the mappers/modders resource thread. Starforge is a bit buggy, so if you want square terrain, DL scmDraft, from the same thread.

Anyway.. herm... I guess you could always get what he said, although, you can look for trigger guides on google...

Thanks lol. before I returned to this forum I actually dl'd xtra editor but havent used it yet... glad to know its should work.
