I feel that my avatar reflects on and provides commentary for the disparity between puppet and real and the stereotype threat that puppets must endure, given their socioeconomic status. It's also Christmas-ized and has a cute little hat (I wanted a screenie of the psycho Santa from that one Tales From The Crypt episode, but I couldn't find him :().

well, I'm a jew, and I don't celebrate the Christmas, I celebrate Hannucah instead...

but I've placed a little of both holidays and as you can see, near the hannuciya and the kid with the santa hat you can see "huh?" and "wtf?" that make the avy more reasoneble :\

It'd probably be beter if the letters changed colors back and forth, the stripes flowed down to the floor, the hat rises and falls in little motions and the shadow under it gets bigger or small depending on where the hat is.

Alas, I don't have an animator. >_>

I also have no where to host it. :(

Hammock, I had great succes with *cough* limewire *cough* and photoshop. I dl'ed Photoshop 7 with a serial, and Mine works fine.

So do what I did! Find a pic of a santa hat on googl;e, resize it to the proper size for your avatar, then use the magic wand or whatever it was tool to copy it and then paste it onto your avy!
