I am making a skin for Windows (Sorry Mac users :P) that changes it to starcraft/broodwar theme. (I might also make a warboards theme as a freebie ;)). I am making this because appearently windowblinds had none to download! *The Horror* So I was wondering what everyone wants to see in it (Hydra Portrait as log off window etc.) If you have any ideas, suggestions, or would like to create some of the art, post here. So far I am going to change the menu bar (task bar) into one of (if not all) of the races menu bars from the game. I will also include some optional wallpaper screenshots from the game.
Feedback Welcomed.

So Far Thanks Go to:
Larry "Geno" Meyers
aka Master of the Stars (For giving the link to "Windowblinds", which then led me to Skin Studio)

Just remember if you do make a SC Skin specifiy some good Classic colors for use win2k or lower windowblinds users xP

You should include the red border pixels (from the menu) and the green borders (from in game)

The attack/spell/other buttons would be interesting to see put to use somehow, maybe even make a blank for use as the back drop for Quick Launch icons O_o

Or something, llol xP

Use the sounds from the battle.net menus, clicks, and other mouse-related sound effects. They will make it feel like your on starcraft even at the desktop. ooooh! make the critical error sound (or whatevers) be "Nuclear Launch Detected" or some sort of explosion sound.

OOOH!! make the message sounds (when something like a system alert or something pops up) make it the sound that plays when someone types a message on battle.net or make it some other notification sound.

Blue, you can't replace the sounds in Winamp unless you change the Windows sounds.

WindowBlinds is a program that creates a "skin" for the entire Windows GUI, not for any specific program. Although a custom SC skin for WinAmp would be cool too. :)

I like the idea of a WB skin..hehe

Blue, if you want to change the sounds for your computer you always can. Just go Control Panel> Speech, Sounds, and Audio Devices> Sounds and Audio Devices> Sounds.
