Hello Everyone!

This is kinda hard for me to type out considering what this whole thing is about. But the person and I who are involved with this would like everyone here at Warboards and back at Blizzforums to know.

Well, it is about Scorch and I. I'm sure ya'llz know him--The pyromaniac firebat who likes to post in the RP board every once in a while.

Guess what everyone?? Scorch is my boyfriend! :D And I'm his gf. Yes, we met over Blizzforums, yes he lives in NY and I here in Southern Cali. Well, guess what else happened? He flew down here to California last weekend and he's gonna be here in Cali until this Saturday. We're having a great time together and we don't regret meeting each other over the net!

My parents are cool with this, and Scorch is having a great time at getting to know my parents and my family. My parents think he's a great guy, and Scorch has basically asked my dad's permission to date me--So there--We have my dad's blessing :D lolz

Anywayz, we both wanted to make that announcement so that you peeps know what's going on and stuff. Oh btw, now ya'llz know that whenever we RP together, there is a reason why I'm the wife and he's the husband, or I'm the gf and he's the bf, or I'm the girl who likes him, etc, etc, lolz.

No, there was nothing else ;) Basically, he flew all the way across the country to see me and he just left my house right now to go back to his hotel room. We're hav'n a great time together and I'm starting to discover what kind of person he really is.

I hope Scorch doesn't get mad at me for this......But we just shared our first kiss yesterday evening at Downtown Disney in the AMC theaters right after seeing LOTR: ROTK ;) :D lolz. That's a first for me and him.

Most Christian (Catholicism I know for a fact) religions stress that any sexual acts should be both relational, and procreational. In other words, they have to be agreed upon by both people involved in the sexual act, and that they have to be done in order to create new life.

So although this doesn't directly apply to masturbation, we can still apply the 'procreational' rule to it. Since it is impossible to create new life simply by masturbating (Whew, imagine if masturbation could incur pregnancy?), we can deduce that masturbation is looked down upon by the church.

Still, I don't think the bible ever directly mentions the act of masturbation, and I can't think of a book that actually states it is harmful, or against a Christian's beliefs . . .

I've argued the masturbation v. sin thing with many Christians and I've never really come to a conclusion. The simple fact of that matter is, "lust" is unrestrained sexual craving, so how do yourself intrepret that? For me, it's being so caught up in lust that you have to rape someone, grope them, etc. To someone else this maybe thinking about sex in a casual manner.

I think the reason for this is that there are a lot of "borderline" sins, where they aren't really sins but you should be cautious when doing them because it leads to others; for example drinking: I think drinking is OK, but drunkeness is a sin. Some people believe both are wrong because drinking can eventually lead to drunkeness.
