I have something to admit... As much as I hate theXenon's personal attacks on forumers, I have something I would like to share with everyone - I can identify myself with theXenon's sense of anal-retentiveness and his spelling acumen. I realize that I may make a mistake here or there due to my lack of typing prowess, but for the most part in English class I have never made a spelling error on an essay or a term paper. My mistakes mostly encompass my lack of evidence for said essay or term paper topic.

I'm only bringing this up because my girlfriend had an epiphany before I left her house and said "Hon, you're REALLY anal-retentive about spelling and little things like that..."

I guess that I've taken the advice of the great Bill Gates too seriously - "If you can't make it work good, at least you can make it look good."

Maybe that's how I've faked my way through life....

You must understand that this life is temporary and beyond it is another. Spending too much of your life worrying if you're faking it or not, spelling words correctly or not, being anal attentive, hating something too much, loving something too much... it's all tiny grains in the vast sandstorm of history.

For someone who's supposedly so anal-retentative you didn't really put much thought into this one, did you?
