clan home: east or west ?

Hey guys, if you're using the WarBoards.org forum as the home for your clan, you're welcome to use the WarBoards.org name. I'm sure a WarBoards clan will be a lot of fun. Both me and Prozerran are representatives of WarBoards.org, if you have questions, feel free to ask, we're around all the time.
with clan naming aside now
id like to see the warboarders who are interested in creating/joining the clan as to where they'd like the clan to be based at.

from data in the original thread, the main options seem to be
west, lordaron
east, azeroth
even
both (hard to get 20 ppl, 10 on each)

europe and asia gateway are probably out of the question

plz be aware this is a public poll and other users may be informed as to who voted for what

I personally vote west, but I would be willing to give up my account name if it was on Azeroth (:cry: I just got my shaman icon a couple weeks ago).

EDIT: I take that back. I put my vote under both if possible. However, we may need to start in just one gateway until we can increase our numbers.

I voted east as it's my home gateway (:D), but will make a new account for West. And I agree w/Cheapo about the starting in one gateway until we get more ppl.
Also, if we start on Lordaeron, I can't promise I'll be on the whole time on a Lordaeron name.
And can't clans go btw gateways? That's what I thought.

I say that we should go on east to begain with but than switch over to dual gateways. :)

We may have to start out with only one gateway, since clans are exclusive to only the gateway that they were made in :concern:.

I voted east because that is where i play on starcraft but since i only just got warcraft today i can go to either place and abye one of the more advanced warcraft 3 players can teach me a thing or 2 about online games, that is after i dl the patch cursed dialup, thak god for dlmanagers

Edit: Btw if u are willing or for that matter want to help me get better then just pm me cause i am on warboards a lot.

Edit2: I just got an idea if you do have the clan in both gateways call them both warboards or clan warboards whichever will be used just changs the abbreviation to:
WxBa for warboards azeroth
and WxBl for lordaeron

that way it can be on both gateways and both be warboards clans

I dont think that the clan name matters if its the same on 2 different gateways... am i wrong?

There would be no need to make two different names for the clan on separate gateways, since clans are exclusive to the gateway in which they were made.

anyways i put my vote in east cause majority and i dont mind where clan is

so when we get 10 votes combined on east/both, i suggest we make a meeting place on east and a time to create the clan

I voted East, b/c it seemed like everybody else was...I thought the majority of the folks here were on West? If so, I'll gladly make a new account for West. But yeah. That would be my two cents.
