Which of these 3 vehicles is the best overall? Think of all types of situations.

personally i like the spectre- the gauss warthog wastes slow moving things but against infantry or fast vehicles it is almost useless, the spectre is affectively a warthog with the machine gun but with two side seats, this added versitality in multiplayer makes me prefer it....but one good rocket shot and BLAMMO! team wasted :P

all u need to do is lead slightly and the Gauss owns all including spectres and warthogs, plus the gauss is the only vehicle besides another tank that can handle a tank

but seriously, with good driving a GHOST can take a tank...as can warthogs (MG) and spectres.....well, the human tank not so much as the auxilary MG takes some skillful driving to avoid

but all round i still say spectre

I would have to say the Warthog with the MG is the best. I think this because with a skilled driver and gunner it's hard to take on.

The Spectre's main turret fire bounces off of most armor, including Tank and Wraith armor. Try it, it hits the armor and flies off in different directions, doing absoutely no damage whatsoever. The only place it lands a hit is on the sides of the tanks, either on the unarmored portion of the Wraith or the treads of the Scorpion.

The Machine Gun Warthog has more use against short to mid-range infantry than it does against armor or other vehicles. Totally useless at long range, however.

Ah, the wonderous Gauss Warthog. Excellent against infantry at any range (with proper aiming, that is. It does, however, have quite a large splash radius, believe it or not), and stunning against vehicles, particularly Banshees.

The Gauss Warthog is the best.

Hmmmm, they all have thier good points. I prefer the weapons on the Warthogs over the spectre anyday. However, since they added the e-brake on the warthogs, I just cant seem to get my "vehicular man/elite slaughter" groove goin. I think the spectre also has boosting, which is good to keep ppl from boarding.

I prefer the gauss warthog 2-3 hit kill on nearly all vehicles and a decent rate of fire.

gauss is the most versatile vehicle weapon next to the plasma guns on the ghost and banshee in my opinion, because it can be effective against infantry and devastating against vehicles, while the lasers are good against them too, the tanks high velocity cannon makes it a powerful anti infantry if aimed correctly and is equally devastating in the air but the tank is seriously cut down because of speed
