I dont know if this is the right place to ask this, im usally @ S.C. Mods/custom.

Anyways Right Click--> NEW--> (the place were you can creat new folders, short cuts, etc..) the "Compressed (zipped) Folder" is missing from the list.
So I cant creat new "Compressed (zipped) Folder". I think its been replaced by IZArc Archive. So if some Computer Expert or something can tell me how to put it back so i can creat new Compressed (zipped) Folder, please tell me.

did you recently install any compression software? you could TRY uninstalling it, but that might kill what you have now. you can always download some program like winzip or winrar.

Well, since IZArc is obviously a program that has taken default assosciation of ZIPs and other archives, your best bet is to go into the IZArc program and unregister it from the *.zip filetype.

This can typically be done from a "Preferences" or "Options" menu item, under which, you should look for anything concerning filetype "registration" or "assosciation". Normally, there will be a slew of checkboxes or other selection pane, just uncheck *.zip, since that's really all that Windows Compressed Folders really handles.

I'll research the program and try and give you exact instructions.

EDIT:

Wow, that was incredibly simple. Go to the "Options" screen, there is a tab called "File Assosciations" Go there and do stuff.
Here's a picture of the screen from the IZArc site:

U can do as Oboe spoke, or just do it with the file associations tool (folder options) within the tools menu inside the windows explorer. :)

I did so just 2 associate *.scm n' *.scx (SC map) files with SCXE instead of StarEdit. :pimp:
