Hi everyone.I HAV A MAJOR PROBLEM!!!!!I HAVE BEEN PLAYIN WARCRAFT FOR AGES AND I AM STILL ABSOLOUTLY RUBBISH:cry: :mad: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE POST ME A REALLY GOOD TACTIC FOR EITHER HUMAN OR ORC.

im not sure bout humans but for undead woot i got start rush with lich or any hero u choose and 6 ghouls
work some of the time

With HU in mirror matches: footies to sorcs and knights is a good strat to use. BM perfect hero of choice as 1st hero with an AM or MK for 2nd (NSW is a good 2nd hero choice if on a tavern map)

HU vs Orc: rifles with sorcs 1st hero MK (with bolt) is needed for grunts or hero surrounding (then clap) for the HH and any other Orc units your opponent brings 2nd hero AM (Brilliance and Blizzard)

HU vs NE: (depends on NE strat) If going archers and hunts, then get rifles and footies and concentrate on the archers while teching to sorcs and knights as fas as you can (AM and BM are highly reccommended), if going Dryads/Bears rifles + sorcs is basically all you need, but it wouldn't hurt to get dragonhawk riders (AM and MK are the heros of choice).

Dunno much with what works with HU vs UD. Sorry. :/

I can help with you orc. The main thing to remeber is that with orc you should almost always outtech your opponet due to great natural D. In ORC vs UD the TC is a great first hero since hes a meat shield and he has aoe which owns ghouls hard. HH/TC rush can own a UD player if hes teching to fiends{like most do in UD vs ORC}. Ill post more later.

AoE = Area of Effect. It refers to spells that deal damage to or target an area, as opposed to a single unit. Examples include Blizzard, Shockwave, Starfall, Dispel Magic, Devour Magic.

when i started off i stuck to a starcraft style of playing. more macro than any micro. but only getting the basic units first and practicing your micro helps a lot. ^^ if you don't want to do that you can just mass good stuff... or play random team

well i have really just started playing and i would be the last to admit to being good, but what ive tried recently that seems to work for orc is going right for the rush with fs and 1-2 grunts and rushing at the first possible second, try and kill their hero and then when you come back after you've done some damage, get that first creep spot, after that you just have to constantly play as agressive as possible, keep attacking and while your attacking the enemies base build up another army and eather take that one into the battle if it looks like your winning or have your hero retreat back to your base take your second army and hit him again, just keep hitting him and dont allow any time in between. Well i hope that helps, its just the basic guidlines that i play by, try it it might work for you

The only problem with playing to agressive though is you should creep as much as possible to keep your heros at high levels and to get gay game changing items like summons,ank of reincarnation,etc.
If you suck at war3 then watch replays to learn build orders,macro/micro management,etc.

yes and no, dont get into the mindset of compairing wc3 to sc, the orcs are all land meele power, they place all thier power into brute force, and little on things like magic and air, if you play orc its mainly just out-muscling your enemy, sure there are tactics and everything to it but its basically overpowering your enemy which is where i could see u compairing them to zerg but where zerg is about a lot of weak units orc is a less but stronger units
