New Arsenal III user

I just got Arsenal III and i made evrything i needed...but how do I make the mod? It doesnt let me make mods at all! could any1 help me?

After you are done editing anything in an editor, press File>Save As. Then, once you get all the files, use some MPQ software (see the stick in this forum) and put it all together.
I've never made a mod before so...

You need to compile the MPQ using MPQDraft. Just start it up and insert your files, and click compile.
