How To Make Heroes Lv 20

i must know how to make heroes to be above level 10(my target is 20) : - )

Easy!

Go into the WE, then click on the Advanced tab up top, and go to the Gameplay Constants menu.

From there, scroll down to the Hero section, and in there is an entry called, roughly, Hero Maximum Level, with a value of 10. Just change it to whatever you want it to be ^.^
