Ok, I have a bunch of qustions that I have been ponderung about,
1. the ability to use the zealots leg enhancement like a stim pack, only it dosent take away the 10HP.
2. the ability for units like, two zerglings to archon warp making a like a Devorering one.
3. the ability for a zealot to have two sub-menus alowing all the spells in the game(or almost all)
4. A fenix to morph into the dragoon mode.
5. fenix to have a sound when he is created.
6. fenix to be able to hold one scrab and be able to launch it.
7. fenix to be able to build and deploy spider mines.
8. and last but not least, fenix Dragoon mode to be able to have a dragoon leg enhacement reaserched for the cybernetics core :)
9. how to get the Zealot to Launch a Frag Grenade like a spell, and have it cost 50 E.
10. also can you tell me a little more than the program that can do it, Like A tutorial?

2. the ability for units like, two zerglings to archon warp making a like a Devorering one.Simple. Use StarGraft and give the Zergling a button list with what it had, plus Archon Warp, giving it the right variable for that unit, and checking through all the steps of making a button list.
3. the ability for a zealot to have two sub-menus alowing all the spells in the game(or almost all)Simple. Make button lists for all of that, though you have to assign them to a unit. Then you make a button on the Zealot(or two, whatever) and have it 'Change Displayed Buttons' and assign it to the unit you gave the lists to. Make sure you have a button to go back to the original Zealot. ;)4. A fenix to morph into the dragoon mode.You will need to make graphics or use prexisting ones, but to do this you give it the a button that 'Unit Morph' and make it have the unit it switches to as that...uh...thing.

I believe it's not possible. Heroes have no creation sounds assigned to them and I think the engine doesn't let you implement them. Altho you can try, by making an UFeRdy00 and an UFdRdy00.wav, and then editing arr\sfxdata.tbl and arr\sfxdata.dat to reflect the changes. But to be honest, I don't think it's gonna work.
Rhino, do you know if Iscript has anything to do with "Ready" sounds?

Iscript. Check out the map editing reference thread and look for ICE or IceCC.
7. fenix to be able to build and deploy spider mines.
StarGraft, along with some Arsenal III to modify Fenix's properties.
8. and last but not least, fenix Dragoon mode to be able to have a dragoon leg enhacement reaserched for the cybernetics core
Umm... I'm not sure about this one :(

your best bet on getting the effect of that last one would probably be to make the Zealot enhancement apply to it too but i've never seen that done and i'm not sure how to do it. i'll try to find a way tonight and let you know tomorrow. otherwise that's making a new upgrade which requires far more in depth expertise than i've got.

Not possible since patch 1.08.
4. A fenix to morph into the dragoon mode.
You can, but during its morph it will be a cocoon.
5. fenix to have a sound when he is created.
You Arsenal Zero to add one.
6. fenix to be able to hold one scrab and be able to launch it.
One is impossible to do.
7. fenix to be able to build and deploy spider mines.
I think StarGraft can do it.

Possible, but you will have to hack into SC to modify it.

Heh, the first one reminds me of a Zealot Rage StarGraft patch I once made. I think I gave Battlecruisers stimpacks as well, just for fun. That was funny.
Building spider mines: no. Only the carrier and reaver are pre-programmed to hold things. The vulture can be restocked with ASM. I think any unit can be restocked with spider mines now that I think of it... but the knowledge of how to do that was invalidated with 1.10.
Just to clarify what StealthyDeath said about number 8 with the Dragoon Leg Enhancements. It's basically impossible. But, of course if you're Neo from 'The Matrix' you can reprogram StarCraft to do anything... it just takes lots of skill.
All of you guys already answered the other questions. I think.

Uh, how do you create a Fenix? Do you mean in a map with a create unit trigger? Because you could just add a play sound action with that trigger. Otherwise, you can't create a Fenix.

You could use StarGraft to add a button and the actions for morphing a dragoon into fenix.
