Three things, one,is there a trigger that if a reaver fires a scarab, the reaver gets another scarab?and two, Is there a program which mixes sounds like say you have a shot gun blast and a shotgun reaload, and you want them to be the same sound. three, What is thefolder tree for different sounds. Please answer (the last two are for a custom i'm making, the terran assault trooper :))

1. yes, check at the action list, you have an action named: Modify Hanger Count, so if what you've meant is that reavers won't have to build scarabs than just do a trigger like:
conditions:
always
actions:
Add at most 1 to hangar for all Protoss Reaver at 'Anywhere' owned by All players.

2. I know one program called EJ, but it's dl isn't 4 3, if you still want it I can give ya the link, it's good for making sounds too (recording, ordering, timing, modifing, ect...).

3. can't help you here... I have no clue what folder tree is...

I've remembered a link to another sound making program in another forum, I've never used it myself but it might help you.

it's called the sound recorder. i believe you would use the "edit > insert file" or "edit > mix with file".

I use the Microsoft Sound Recorder. I think every Windows 98 should have one. It should be under START>Programs>Accessories>Entertainment>Sound Recorder.

1. Yes, there's something like that. What I do is I constantly use the 'set unit hangar' action to 10. This will set the number of scarabs a reaver has to 10 all the time.

2. What they said...

3. Everything goes under sound, and there's sound\terran, sound\protoss, sound\zerg, sound\bullet under that. The easiest way to find out is to download the 'Brood War Sound Utility' and run it. Then you can preview all the sounds yourself in their original directory structure and see which one you want to replace. The Brood War Sound Utility can be downloaded from this page: http://www.starcraft.org/downloads/downloadutils.shtml

Thanks All of you but thre's one more problem, i've named the new sounds the filenames of the attack sounds in the sound>terran>firebat folder but they won't work!

the sounds should have the same name as the original sounds too.

firebat sounds are:
death:
TFbDth00(01)...(02)
attack(no bullet):
tfbFir00(01)
after being clicked 4 times (pissed on you now):
tfbPss00(01)...(06)
ready:
tfbRdy00
click:
tfbWht00(01)...(03)
click on enemy (give attack order):
tfbYes00(01)...(03)

things in () mean that there are more sounds of that type with the same name except the number in the end.

I don't know if it's still relevant, but Audacity....

I've remembered a link to another sound making program in another forum, I've never used it myself but it might help you.

... is a pretty good sound mixer much like CoolEdit Pro (now Adobe Audition). It does have a somewhat high learning curve though.
