Ok I have crated a map were you doge probes. You are a zealot in a maze and you bloow up if a probe hits you. You are then reborn inless you are out of lifes which in that case you lose. Now, after much testing one of my testers found a way to get out of the maze. This made it nearly impossible to lose. I want to make something that makes a chalenge to be outside the maze as much as it is on the inside already because of the probes. Any ideas?:)

try something like a stealth map... i.e. splinter cell. Check out DotRS (Diary of the Rifle Soldier) by pzonme, or something like that . sorry man, forgot his name. its at sc.org. just look at that and try that.

hope this is helpful and not a nuisance.

what i mean is that if you get outside is is nearly impossible to be hit by the probes so i need something dangerous outside the maze so people will have second thoughts about leaving.

That would be something that blocks them from getting out but that is not what i asked. I need something that lets them go out but makes dangerous for them to be out.

some big hungry ultralisks with 999 damege will keep people inside the maze... but what's the point in allowing people getting out, if all that is there is quicker death?

My advice is 4 u to rethink the map's concept. And maybe thoughen the dificulty leaver (add some Lurkers with shared vision 2 u, 4 example)... ;)

I say that you simply don't let them get out.
Make 4 locations (im assuming it's a square), one on each side.
Then make another one, say, in the middle of the maze.
The trigger will look like this:

C: Bring one any unit to Location 1-4
A: Move all any unit at Location 1-4 to Location 5; Preserve Trigger

Well there you have it.

PS. Why didn't you make the maze cover the entire map?

*Dough!* I must be tired... real tired. How could I've missed that?
Maybe he's lazy 2 cover the whole map with it, hmm!?! ;)
Hence my 1st post:

Add: Really intuitive, isn't it? :P
