I'm trying to use BMP2SCM v1.0 to make a map, and the bmp I'm using only has 3 colors in it. When I load the picture, I get a list of thousands and thousands of color values that are all the same (i.e. a couple hundred 0's, a thousand or so 16512's, etc.). Is there a newer version out there that gets rid of duplicate color numbers, or even a similar program that doesn't create a huge list of duplicate numbers? I really don't want to go through this huge list just to change 3 colors into land and water.
