how can i add turrets to a building then make them attack?

how can i add turrets to a building then make them attack?it'll be batter to add attack... but if you still wanna add turrets than just open arensal3, unit editor, (choose the building you want, than) graphics, and look down there is a place with subunits, you can change them to whatever you want.

i tried this already but i dont see any change ^_^

Adding turrets like a goliath or tanks takes a lot of work. You need to fully edit a unit so that it acts like turret, edit the iscript.bin so the unit you can attach the turret, and edit the images.dat so it reads a LO? file.

The easier way is just to give the building a weapon and give it an attack animation by editing the iscript.bin in ICE or IceCC.

Ignore the top part and focus on this part on giving a building a weapon.
The easier way is just to give the building a weapon and give it an attack animation by editing the iscript.bin in ICE or IceCC.

You can remove the limit completely with StarGraft, but it's impossible to have to the limit set to a different number other then 4 or 8.

imagine carrier with 255 interceptors OMG!!! O.O
graphical lag maybe?
btw, i thought stargraft only works with BW 1.07

stargraft works with 1.07 or higher, but it doesn't work with the f**king windows XP! dop!

When you remove the limit, you can building limitless interceptors.

StarGraft works on XP, only the patch loader does not work. You use StarGraft to make your patch, then use MemGraft to make it compatible to XP and Starcraft 1.11b.

actually you will still have a limit of 1650-the number of all the unit&buildings in the map...

I was just saying "limitless" because I was descripting what would happen. The limit is 1700 and not 1650 to be correct.

The limit in Staredit is 1650. The limit in-game is 1700. To prove it, make a map with 1650 placed units. Have a trigger create 50 units somewhere on the map. Set a leaderboard do display the number of units on the map and there you have it.
