Scm Toolkit Isnt Working

When I try to run it says Can't load(or register)custom control: MPQTL10.OCX I have already downloded everything required from Shadow Flares realm and it still wont work. I can get Scmtoolkit_MPQ2K to work just fine, but I cannot open .chk files either. What am I doing wrong/missing/need? Please Help

I was having problems when I tried this program as well, but for different reasons. It SEEMED to work...but when I changed the player colors on the map, it would never save the color change. Can anyone help me out here as well?

options > select the one which says something like find mpqk.

SCM ToolKit is outdated because with the combination of SCMDraft, StarForge, Proedit, and WinMPQ you can do all the things SCM ToolKit can do, but better.
