Well . . . uhm . . . err, there's really no such thing (other than a game called .hack for the PS2, but that's an exception because it's a game about playing a guy who's playing a MMORPG) :P.
MMORPG stands for Massively Multiplayer Online Roleplaying Game. In other words, they're meant to be played online. They're designed around building a community and interacting with other people in the world that the devs have created.

Are you the same Desert Eagle from BlizzForums?
I don't know of any MMORPG's that have single player, that's kinda backwards. However, you can probably get one that can be played with lower internet, something less graphically intensive than WoW.

Wow, really? Did they ask for money? That's pretty shoddy...
Anyway, if you are looking for a decent D&D style RPG, you could try Neverwinter Nights, a good single player game.

You can play online games with a 45k connection...games like Starcraft should be fine, I dunno about WOW though.

Hmmm, yes, you can play SC fine on a simple 56k, however playing a different, more recent game, such as WC, gets affected quite a bit more. Strange, really. Can anyone say why this is?

wc have many high poly units, that's why you need fast connection and such, this is the reason for the low supply too.

...Morrowind...

Morrowind only fits 3 of the 6 letters in MMORPG. It wasn't massively multiplayer, only single player, and it wasn't online. They gameplay may be similar to solo play in an MMORPG, but it lacked the player interaction of largescale MMO games.

Morrowind is alright, but it's a love it or hate it game. You are either obsessed our you wonder why anyone would ever play it. I personally don't see the huge appeal, but that's my opinion.
