Diablo II lends itself much better to organized team playing than StarCraft, IMO, so before we can all play as a team we need to know who, what and where we are. So then, please post the following:

- Account name
- Which server each character is on
- Which setting that character is (expansion/original, hardcore/normal, ladder/normal)
- Each characters' class
- Each characters' level
- How far each character is in the game (Ex: Act 4, Nightmare. "Halls of Dead" WP, Normal. Etc.)

Hey, if Diablo II is more popular than we thought maybe we can set up a WarBoards Diablo II game night.

Oh by the by, this is just for D2. D1 is fun, but most of us probably prefer to play D2.

Well, I have seven charicters, though four of them are just there to carry extra items. The 3 charicters im raising are Level 32 assasin, she is about ready to face the anceints in act 5 on normal. My second is a level 25 amazon, who just killed mephisto on normal. My final is a sorceress who just killed radiment in act2 on normal.

My other charicters include a level 74 amazon in act 1 hell, a level 34 amazon in act 1 nightmare, a level 24 assasin in act4 on normal, and a level 14 druid in act2 normal.

All my charicters are non-ladder non-hardcore, and on US east.

When the first ladder season started, I remember a team of 8 people doing this. They started from the beginning, only played with eachother (there weren't many other people to play with anyways), and no twink (obviously; there were no items to twink :P). All 8 of the characters bet Hell Baal in under 24 hours. I don't remember the exact number, but I think it was between 16 and 22 hours. That is a lot of Dialbo, but it shows it can be done in one sitting.

Lots of teamwork and prior planning, and I bet we could do it pretty fast ;)

Beat the whole game in 16-22 hours? Longest i've ever sat and played Diablo non stop was 10 hours.. Got pretty damn far too. ^.^

Oh, and what's twinking?

People think of twinking 2 different ways. One is it's when another character gives your character an item they wouldn't normally be able to get themselves in a game. With this definition, if someone gave you an item that you could get in a game, it wouldn't be considered twinking.

The other definition is just any item given to you by another character that is not found in a game you participate in (this includes trading).

No-twink generally makes the game harder (because you don't have strong items to help you play), but some people prefer it, and the challenge can be fun. Just like rushing, if your going to twink so you can beat the game extremely easily, what's the point of playing?

EDIT: Yes, I'm in. It'd have to be a Saturday in which I'm not away doing something, but I'm not stuck with the dial-up blues like Moser :P

A couple things: First, my sorc is level 15. Sorry i didnt day so earlier. Anyways, the only charicters i plan on using for anything other than holding items is my level 32 assasin, my level 15 sorc, my level 25 amazon, and maybe my level 74 amazon, only because she's my highest really....

Anyways, I would love to just sit and do nothing but play video games all day, but evern since a, er, incident, in march of this year, I have had to spend every damn saturday atending "etiqute lessons" at a catholic reform school the whole day. So saturday is out, and i have college monday wednesday and friday mornings from 8 to noon. The final thing that may prevent me from doing an 8 person rush with you guys isnt my connection, but rather my computer. A driud, a paladin, and a sorc casting even their least graphic intense spells make my computer screen go to about 1 frame every 4 seconds. My computer is a pentium 2 dell latitude. Sooo......I can't reliably play with more than three other people at most without having my charicter just stand around while i wait for my screen to adjust. Even three is pushing it, so.....yeah, it sucks being me. I would gladly play a normal game any other time though.

Anyways, if you guys want, i have a neat idea for "freezebow CTF" we could play online if you wanted. It would be like a capture the flag, but to tag someone, we would get like a short bow socketed with a saphire, so when we hit the other person, they would turn blue so we knew they were hit or whatever. we could also do it with emeralds too probably. The flag would be of coure like sigons helm or something. Anyone interested?

ps. ironman is fun =) what it is, is that 8 people make new harcore characters, and you level together, you fight to pick up the items, because the item you find in THAT game are the only items you can use. also, once you get to level 9, you go back to town and wait for the others =) once everyone is level 9 u start killing each other ffa style hrhrhr
