Toss is my favorite...I forgot why though I just instantly took a liking to it when I first started. The debate can be REALLY long on which race is actually the best.

no, it cant, because the races are 100% balanced. the only place for debate is which race is better on X map

i personally think this is an incredibly stupid thread (please take no offense if u created this thread). this game does so well, and is so popular because of one thing, i believe: its balanced, yet offers diversity. no one race is better than others, it comes down to which player is better than another. for example, if protoss was a better race to play as than zerg, there would be no zerg players. every race has its own set of strengths, weaknesses, advantages and disadvantages. the best race is the race youre best at playing with. oh and its fun. O_o :P

Well, even though this has been discussed about 10 times, I'd have to say my "favorite" race is Protoss. If you think it's a noob race, I don't know why. I'd have to say Zerg would be a "Noob" race because people rush with zerg, which is an extremely stupid tactic to a mediocre gamer (me).

Well im one of those
Sure zerg are hard to start of with but they have the most effective upgrades and u can rebuild an entire army in under 2 minutes if you know ur stuff. Also zerg have some really good special abilities, I cant even count how many times if been able to take out newbs massing out battle cruisers or carriers with just a defiler and a couple of hydralisks. Then i just send a couple hundred lings right into their base and onece those lings are in their its over, your base is gone in seconds.
I'd have to say Zerg would be a "Noob" race because people rush with zerg, which is an extremely stupid tactic to a mediocre gamer (me).
You can rush with any race even protoss in fact you can rush with only a few zelots and do as much damage since their preatty much the strongest starting off units. Heck you can even cannon rush with protoss and thats cheap as hell

And with terran all u need is an scv to build a bunker and 4 marines go right to one of the dark spot in the players base and build a bunker and a barracks by the he finds out he wont even have space to move, thats a cheap tactic too.

Protoss are cool, but for my new tactic, the scv/drone/probe rush, probes won't be as effective (20/20 (hp/shield) vs 60 hp) so try this one on 'toss
