Hi all,
This is the first time I post on these boards, being fairly new to Starcraft. I thought...let me introduce myself to this lot.
What I am really looking for is some ppl who play like mature people do: no leavers or cheaters, jerks who cuss at you if you don't do what they like you to, and most of all....money map-addicts.
Being new to SC, I like to play with other "N00bs" (though I hate that term). But they all play on that stupid "fastest possible map ever"!
Oh well, hope to engage in some fruitful conversations with you guys.
BTW, That Shifters-campaign rocks! Who made it?

I'm a "n00b" as far as Melee maps as well, I usually engage in Blizzard Official maps, so I could play you pretty much any time (as long as I'm not at school or Karatee or out with my friends. lol) ;).

Welcome to WarBoards. You should be able to find players of most any skill level around here. Good luck, and stay away from the money maps if you can :).

in regards to your earlier question it was JudasCloud who made The Shifters... He also made Fields Of Ash
Crazy-Commander,
U can get both campaigns that Kami spoke of at SC.org (http://www.starcraft.org/) downloads section.
I already provided the direct link 4 the Fields of Ash campaign dl from SC.org in this thread (http://www.warboards.org/showthread.php?t=4139).
Enjoy it... on a side note, I prefered the Shifters 1. ;)

Heh...that Shifters campaign is rock-hard by the way. I´m still stuck at the first 'real' battle. I´m overrun by Muta's, Guardians, Ultra's, Hydra's...THEY'RE EVERYWERE!
Oh, and to the guy who wanted to try out my map...should I mail it to you?

If that's level 7 as I believe u gotta do the following.
Follow the A.I. tips...
Also expand quickly and defend those bases with a few Tanks (with siege ability). Place Bunkers in front with 3 'Rines each and 1 'Bat if u wanna a tough defense. Repair the building / units that get damaged, even during attacks...
U can use the Marines & 'Bats, with a few Medics along, as quick counter attacks after their attack wave is repeled. Bring also a few Tanks along with the infantry troops, of course! ;)
